Stephen J. Zaccor is an associate in the Personal Injury firm of Blaut Weiss Law Group.

Mr. Zaccor is a plaintiff’s Personal Injury attorney for cases involving wrongful death; traumatic brain injuries; drunk driving; car, truck, boating, biking, and pedestrian accidents; and firearms-related incidents. Previously he served as a Broward County Judge assigned to the Civil Division where he presided over thousands of cases, mostly involving Personal Injury matters. As an Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Zaccor tried well over 100 jury trials to verdict, prosecuting Vehicular Homicide and D.U.I. Manslaughter cases. Mr. Zaccor was also assigned to the Homicide Trial Unit where he handled death penalty litigation and tried several high profile cases.

Mr. Zaccor has appeared on both Dateline NBC and The First 48. He also had the honor of being called to testify before the Justice Committee of the Canadian Parliament as an expert in Florida’s firearms laws. Mr. Zaccor earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1998 from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University after having graduated in 1994 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University.
