Patricia Francois is an Associate in the Personal Injury firm of Blaut Weiss Law Group.

Ms. Francois is a plaintiff’s Personal Injury attorney representing victims and their families on matters involving automobile, truck and motorcycle accidents, trip/slip and fall, medical malpractice, defective medical devices and bad drugs, nursing home neglect, disability insurance claims, and funeral home/cemetery abuse.

Ms. Francois earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law School in 2019, and her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Kennesaw State University in 2015. While earning her degrees, she interned with The City of Atlanta Public Defender’s Office; Hillsborough County Public Defender’s Office, 13th Judicial Circuit; and the Broward County Public Defender’s Office, 17th Judicial Circuit.

Ms. Francois is fluent in both English and Hatian Creole.
