At this time of the year, many people head out to the shopping malls and stores in order to purchase gifts for family and friends. Sadly, some of these purchases can lead to injury or even property damage. As personal injury attorneys in the Fort Lauderdale area, we see our fair share of product related injuries due to faulty or recalled products in which consumers are unaware of the dangers.
It is important for our South Florida public viewing audience to take a moment and verify for your own safety, that the following recalled products listed below are not in your possession or being used at the healthcare facility where a family member is recovering. We share this list as a consumer precaution this holiday season and will include the links and consumer product resources you will need to either dispose of the potentially dangerous products carefully or receive updated information to fix or replace said items. Should you have any of the products, discontinue use immediately and follow the resolutions.
We have featured products from both the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration which is dedicated to the safety of our citizens.
